Booking conditions

• DEPOSIT 50% advance payment on booking to confirm your room reservation.
• Balance 14 days before your arrival

In case of cancellation, we may retain the advance payment.

Cancellation conditions

Conditions of cancellation

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit will be refund  completely minus a 45 euros  cancellation fee per room
• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit may be kept but can be postponed to book an other stay between May and September of the same year.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival / no show / early leave: we may charge the total amount of the stay

Any cancellation request will be effective only after receiving confirmation from our side 

• If yours is a last minute reservation, hence without advance payment, your room will be kept for you until 6.00 PM. Beyond that time, if we have no news from you and no bank card guarantee, the booking will be cancelled and the room made available for other bookings.
• In the event of early departure, the room rate for the full booking period will remain due.

The customer accepts that his booking information may be used anonymously for statistical purposes.

The above general conditions are applicable for all room bookings in our premises.
