A welcoming guest villa combining understated luxury with a relaxed way of life
As long-time lovers of the Arcachon Basin, we chose to settle in the La Vigne neighbourhood.
We have therefore made our home at 11 Avenue du Muscat, on the edge of the pine forest, between the Arcachon Basin and the ocean, very close to the beaches and cycle paths.
Ideally situated on the peninsula, our ‘avenue’ is an avenue in name only; we are on a small cul-de-sac overlooking the firebreak. Far from the noise and hustle and bustle of Cap-Ferret town centre in high season, amidst the coolness and scents of the forest, yet so close to the Bassin (a 3-minute walk), the ocean (a 15-minute walk) and Cap-Ferret town centre (2 km).
We have undertaken extensive renovation and extension work aimed at modernising the design of our house whilst preserving its authenticity. After much thought, we have truly sought to offer understated, cosy luxury to provide you with a warm and elegant atmosphere.
