We process your data for specific and legitimate reasons:

  • Performance of a contract (your stay): To record your reservation, process your payments, prepare for your arrival, welcome you, and provide you with our personalized concierge service.

4. Who Has Access to Your Data?

  • Ourselves: The owners of Ferret Vigne, for the daily management of your stay.

  • Banking data: Deleted as soon as the transaction or booking guarantee is no longer required, unless otherwise agreed by you.
